Dear Parents and Grandparents of 8 - 12 year olds,     

             

Below is a link to download and print the the 2010 Christ Community Church Kid’s Camp brochure.  We are so excited about hosting kids’ camp this year again at Pine Eden Camp July 6-8.  Camp is open for all kids between the ages of 8 and 12. The camp teaching sessions will focus on: 

 

Being on the Front Lines: Prayer that Does Battle

What is the battle and what is at stake?

What does it mean to become a warrior?

How can I use prayer to win the victory?

A CCC soldier will give his testimony on Tuesday evening and hopefully another CCC soldier will organize a rope and obstacle course for the kids. For those registering, the deposit will is $50.  Please register early!  Make sure your kids’ friends register early! 

 

Additional camp brochures for friends will be available on the kids’ registration table at church. Camp will cost $125 plus deposit.  Also, in the attached brochure is an outline for the kids’ camp fundraisers.  We hope all kids will be involved with the fun fund-raising activities that Kim Owens is coordinating.  

 

Some specific ways for parents to help with camp:

 

• Ropes/obstacle course/outside, large muscle skills activities (from 3:30-5:25 pm, July 6 & 7)
• Set up and decoration crew (Monday, July 5th, from 3-6 pm) team of 4
• Transportation Coordinator (coordinates rides to and from camp)
• Clean up crew  (Thursday, July 8th from 2-4 pm) team of 4
• Donors for kids’ camp scholarships
