Fruitful on Mission

"When we are giving, willingly give our money away, we are making a declaration that says, money is a resource that God has entrusted to me, but it is not the God that I trust."

What does it look like to be truly generous — not just philanthropic, but biblically generous? This week's message from 2 Corinthians 8 and 9 brought a powerful challenge: the Macedonian churches gave out of severe trial and extreme poverty, yet their overflowing joy produced rich generosity. How? They knew who their Father was and trusted him completely.

Biblical generosity is not a transaction. It is a joyful response to the grace already received.
